    • We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, bands, kickboxing bag, etc.

    • Workout split changes every month (intentional for progressive overload)

    • My classes are great for anyone with any amount of strength and experience (modifications always available)

    • Exercises are always explained before each station to make sure everyone knows what to do!

    • I am walking around the whole time to make sure everyone has safe form and feels comfortable

    • If there’s an exercise you are uncomfortable with doing, I can still offer a modification!
