We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, bands, kickboxing bag, etc.
Workout split changes every month (intentional for progressive overload)

My classes are great for anyone with any amount of strength and experience (modifications always available)
Exercises are always explained before each station to make sure everyone knows what to do!
I am walking around the whole time to make sure everyone has safe form and feels comfortable
If there’s an exercise you are uncomfortable with doing, I can still offer a modification!
