I ask you to please arrive on time for your session. If you do not see another car along with mine outside, you can come in 5 minutes or less before your scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes early- feel free to shoot me a text to see if I can take you earlier. If you’re late, we’ll still end at the time your session originally ends. Under no circumstances will we be able to extend your session due to tardiness.
If I am running late, your session will be extended that amount of time. If you're unable to stay longer due to me being late, I can add it to a future session.

Cancellations/Reschedules require at least 24 hours notice, or the session will be still counted toward your package with no exceptions.
The same applies to no shows.
You can cancel on time by either texting me directly or using the Acuity Client app.

Please wait for my cue before starting sets. You might feel like the rest time feels super long and like you’re able to start early but different rest time lengths serve different purposes. You can use this time to chat, check your phone, drink some water, walk around, lightly stretch, ask questions, etc.
During your set: Please avoid talking (unless it’s related to the exercise we are in the middle of) as it WILL affect proper breathing, muscle activation, etc. Try and keep chatting for when we are warming up, in between sets, or stretching at the end.

Questions, wins, or progress pics messages are always welcome! If you have a more in depth question, feel free to bring it to my attention but know that I might have to answer it at a later time so I can give you a proper answer.
Your progress ultimately comes from the effort you put in. My role as a trainer is to provide the tools, guidance, and education you need and your consistency and commitment are what will create the progress you want to see.

Please let me know of any injuries, pain, or health changes before we train.
If you’re sick or contagious, please cancel/reschedule your session. Use the “above the neck” rule. If your symptoms are as follows: runny nose, mild allergies, or slight congestion you are still okay to train. If they’re below the neck are as follows: chest congestion, fever, stomach issues, coughing or body aches, you will benefit more to stay home.
If you start to feel iffy 24 hours before the session with below the neck symptoms, please let me know ASAP so you can save that session. I know sometimes we can’t predict how we will wake up feeling, but the cancellation policy will still apply.

This studio is a safe, supportive space for us and you’re free to be yourself and share wins, struggles, and goals ALWAYS.
With that being said, let’s keep our conversations uplifting and focused on things that help you feel good: fitness, food, fun, life updates, random stories, etc.

Sometimes sensitive subjects come up when we are in a safe place and feel vulnerable and I always want to create that safe space, with consent. I ask you to please ask me or anyone else around for consent before discussing serious topics.
I’m here to support you always. When it comes to serious personal matters outside of fitness, I encourage you to reach out to the right resources so you can receive proper help as these subjects are outside of my scope of practice and I want you guys to be healthy physically and emotionally!
