PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
I prioritize and preach this because I want Women to think of fitness and think of SELF CARE instead of punishment. When we aim for perfection, fitness and nutrition starts to feel like a chore. We want to take care of ourselves because we love and respect our body, not because we hate it.

INTERNAL HEALTH FIRST
If there’s one thing I am proud of as a Coach, it is that internal health always come first. If a client comes in hoping to start a weight loss journey but is experiencing symptoms like hair loss, loss of period, chronic fatigue, low libido, increase in mental stress, etc. the last thing I would do is give the green light to help them lose weight. We have to take another route first. One that heals and improves those symptoms. Anybody can prescribe a low number of calories to “see a difference” in your physique. but not everyone will make sure that it’s safe first.

BE KIND TO YOURSELF
I understand it’s not easy to wake up one day and say, “starting today, I am never going to speak poorly about myself/my body.” I get it’s learned, it becomes a habit, it’s not easy to get rid of an adapted mindset overnight. BUUUT with that being said, here at BSF we do NOT put ourselves down, and if we do, we correct it- words are POWERFUL. The more you focus on insecurities the more you fixate on it. I believe in the power of positive affirmations, fake it until you make it and celebrate your body and your ability to move it!!

CREATING LIFELONG CHANGES
Quick fix diets/programs are more harmful than people might think. I want to be able to make a lasting impression on my client’s lives. Hearing my client’s say that being here has inspired their household to make healthier choices, to move their body more, etc…THAT is what I want! I want to teach you lifelong skills. How do i weigh my food? How do I track my macros? How many reps do I perform for each set to build muscle? Is my form safe? I’m here to answer these questions.

STOP LOOKING FOR 24/7 MOTIVATION
Listen, working out is a part of my JOB, I love it!! Buut I sometimes HEAVILY DREAD working out. Does it mean I skip the gym every time I don’t feel like it? Nope. You can adapt and move on. If you’re extra tired, do it tired and have a lighter workout. Push yourself to the best of your ability with the mindset of: your best looks different every day.

WE HAVE ONE LIFE. ONE BODY.
Something that breaks my heart is that some Women will go their whole entire lives critiquing their body. It’s sad but it’s extremely common. How many times have we looked back on pictures/videos of ourselves and said, “wait, I remember being so insecure this day/time period, but I look so good?!” The more we hyper fixate on every little “flaw” the less present we are being in life. I want to teach and show you all that practicing self-care and being productive in your fitness journey will make your confidence AND quality of life skyrocket.

'"I had spent so much time thinking about personal training before I finally put myself first and booked a consultation with Brianna. There I was, thinking that I eat “healthy” and just wanted to feel stronger; however, little did I know that I didn’t know much about my nutrition!!
