  • My nutrition program is an education based and accountability program where I teach you the lifelong skills of tracking your macros, learning proper portion sizes, etc. for YOUR body and YOUR goals.

    Each program option includes the following:

    • Highly extensive feedback during check-ins to keep you on track, accountable and to answer all of your questions/concerns along the way (Self tracker/Guideline option does not include check-ins but you can always book a single check-in!)

  • My mission is to educate adults on how to eat like adults. Most people are undereating and don’t even realize it. In fact, you could be depriving your body of not only the nutrients and amount of food in order to reach your fitness goals but ALSO just to overall function optimally and properly in your daily life.

  • First, we start off with a consultation. The form you fill out when you book will answer most questions I need to know!

    From there, I will take some measurements, discuss any other gaps in information needed about your fitness/diet history, take our first progress pictures and really overall get a baseline starting point for you.

    Then, I will have you track what you eat for 1-2 weeks. Preferably on MyFitnessPal. This will give me a really in depth look at how much you naturally consume, and I will then compare it to where I need you to be in order to reach your goals.

    I will take all of your information and come up with a timeline & gameplan for you and give you a suggestion of which package would be the most beneficial for you.

  • Weekly Check-Ins

    6 Months: $240/Month
    12 Months: $220/Month

    This tier is great for those who:

    • Are new to the world of tracking Calories/Macros

    • Are not new to the world of tracking Calories/Macros but prefer as much accountability as possible and want the full 1:1 Nutrition Coaching experience

    Bi-Weekly Check-Ins

    6 Months: $120/Month
    12 Months: $110/Month

    This tier is great for those who:

    • Are newer to the world of tracking Calories/Macros

    • Are not newer to the world of tracking Calories/Macros but a good amount of accountability and want some of the 1:1 Nutrition Coaching experience

    Monthly Check-Ins + Self Tracker Guideline

    6 Months: $75/Month
    12 Months: $70/Month

    This tier is great for those who:

    • Have a good baseline understanding of tracking Calories/Macros

    • Want a little bit of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching but want mostly independence

    • Comes with google sheets tracker so all progress and data can be assessed at the end of the month

    Self Tracker/Guideline Only

    6 Months: $175
    12 Months: $250

    This tier is great for those who:

    • Have established a very strong foundation of tracking Calories/Macros or just prefer the independence of doing things on their own without the accountability

    • Want to know how much to eat and a timeline to execute themselves

  • There are other tracking alternatives if that is what’s best for that specific client. There are a few different options depending on the level of accountability you would like.
